Twitter-Wood regular James Gunn's 2006 horror flick is ostensibly about an alien invasion, but I can't seem to get past the hordes of slimy, red slug-things that burrow into people's bodies!!!The movie is pitched as a throwback to '50s-era sci-fi/horror, a la "The Blob." If you've got fear issues with critters, then it's going to make for a deeply unsettling viewing experience..
