No injuries were reported.

Officials are investigating why the front two sides of the train left the tracks, said spokeswoman Susan McGowan.

The 250 passengers are being evacuated onto a train that pulled up alongside the derailed train.

Once the evacuation is complete, service will resume, McGowan said.
