After practicing for eighteen years at Carlock, Copeland, Semler & Stair, LLP in downtown Atlanta, primarily representing corporations and insurance companies, Doug opened his own practice in July, 2003 in Peachtree City. Although still representing a few select corporate clients, including The Kroger Co., Doug started his practice for the opportunity to represent individuals who have been seriously injured or damaged by the negligent or wrongful conduct of others in a variety of settings, including auto and truck collisions, dangerous or negligently maintained premises, defective products and medical or pharmacy malpractice.
