After twelve years as an award winning federal civil prosecutor of unfair and deceptive trade practices at the FTC, Mr. Federbush has for seventeen years represented corporations and individuals in a
broad range of civil actions including commercial, consumer, financial fraud, and negligence suits. He has practiced in civil litigation firms and on his own in Miami, D.C. and suburban Maryland,
appearing in federal and state courts at the trial and appellate levels and in government agency proceedings. Law journal articles he has published on unfair and deceptive trade practices have been
cited as authority in appellate court opinion. Mr. Federbush is located in Bethesda, Maryland, which is just beyond the D.C. city line. He also travels periodically to south Florida where he works
out of Delray Beach.
