Duct Tape Bandit
The Duct Tape Bandit was accused of robbing a store which is in Kentucky USA, but to disguise his face and identity used 3M duct tape.
The employees of Shamrock Liquors in Ashland, Kentucky apparently laughed when the duct tape bandit entered the store and demanded money.
After the robbery took place the manager and an employee tackled the bandit in a parking lot that was nearby and held him there till police arrived, the Duct Tape Bandit is known as Kasey Kazee, of course he denies robbing the store even thought the police took photos which clearly shows him wrapped up in duct tape.
