I contacted seller in regards to his puppies.

The add says free.

When I contacted the seller he stated he wanted $150 to cover shipping costs
from Illinois to Florida.  I agreed.  Then this morning the shipping company
(Pets Relocators) demanded $320 for flight insurance that they claim is
refunded when puppy delivered.  I contacted MoneyGram and the company is not
legit.   The shipping compay refuses to ship my dog and the seller is not
responding to my requests to return my $150.
