Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities:Act as an AnchorBank representative to the general public. Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to all AnchorBank customers. Suggest additional AnchorBank and subsidiary products to existing and prospective customers.QualificationsCERTIFICATE/DEGREE/LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: None. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: One-year teller or retail sales with cash handling experience required. Requirements: Previous computer experience in a window environment required. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent required. COMMUNICATIVE SKILLS: Effective verbal communication skills. Extensive direct and telephone contact with customers and AnchorBank personnel. Basic written communication skills. Consideration may be given to education/experience in lieu of these requirements.Training.
