Responsibilties:

• To ensure excellent service to customers
• To provide solution to customers and educate customers on Digi products

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM holder with experience in service industry.
• Minimum age requirement is 19 years old.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Individuals who are up for a challenge and enjoy an exciting enviroment.
• Able to cope well under pressure and a strong team player.
• Those with sales / telesales OR technical/tech savvy would be an added advantage.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens only.
