Computer Assistant

We are searching for a computer assistant for our growing company. Major duties include but are not limited to: installing, maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting hardware and software; providing basic training in the use of IT equipment; diagnosing and resolving problems in response to employees computer problems; maintaining/updating IT inventory databases.
Qualifications:Strong skills in the following areas: Verbal and written communications, Customer ServiceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 configuration, troubleshooting and supportExcellent working knowledge of industry best practices, standards and technology
