 Activities for Life, Therapeutic Care Services

  * Therapeutic Recreation/ Care Plans for those living
     with CHRONIC PAIN/Illness.
   * Care and treatment based on a care plan; put together by family, client and other team memers.

   * Non medical care: recreation, intervention, case management, light exercise, techniques and more..

  * Sessions can be 1-4 hours a week or more if needed
