Chris Pronger

According to Panaccio, Pronger's agent is Pat Morris, who has had a lot of past positive deals with the Flyers including bringing Hatcher here and resigning Mike Richards.

So there is a good bet that Pronger will get an extension.

While I do believe that's a lot to give, Sbisa looks like the key, Chris Pronger is no clutch and grab slow D.

He won the cup with the Ducks after the 'new' NHL took flight.

Plus, he's a leader and that will help Richards grow, and plenty of advice from our young D will help them for years to come.

How much better will Coburn be learning from Pronger? A lot.

This also takes some pressure off Kimmonen.

Did I mention Pronger's a cup champ? Oh, and he was on the Oilers when they made that recent run to the finals but lost.
