I am an independent Startup Consultant/CFO who specializes in working with startups, dot.com's, & web 2.0 companies. I have experience in front of VC's and know what they want to see. Most start up companies do not need a full time accountant/controller, and I look to fill that void so you can have the services you need without hiring full time staff. I've filled the controller roll both as a full time position, and as a contract CFO for several firms, it is my true passion. I am a true serial CFO.

I help startups in 4 general categories:
* Business Plans & Financial Forecasting - creating from scratch or fine tuning what you have.
* Raising Venture Capital/Angel Funding
* Ongoing CFO functions - helping fill the financial roll without being a full time employee
* General consulting - any and all questions about launching your venture. If I can help, I will.

I typically only work with dot.coms, mainly since that is my area of interest and where most of my exposure, experience & connections are.

Work can be done as a fixed project fee, or hourly, depending on your needs. 1 time projects (business plan for example) would qualify for a set fee. Ongoing consulting would be charged at an hourly rate, or monthly fixed fee. We can discuss further what would make sense for you.
