Chinese New Year is round the corner. I am back with pineapple tarts but this is an improved recipe. Pineapple is also known as "Ong Lai" which means good luck, so it is a must-have goodie for Chinese New Year.

The pineapple filling is tart (sour) and the crust is crumbly yet not too soft. The strong aroma makes you keep popping it into your mouth.
