Cheddar Cheese

Cheddar cheese, originally made in the village of Cheddar, Somerset, has become a landmark of England. Going there and not tasting this hard, pale yellow to orange, sharp-tasting delicacy would be like going to Paris and not seeing the Eiffel Tower. Warning though: for acquired taste only!
