The Coachella Valley Unified School District's Adult School is offering a notary public class and a California Basic Educational Skills Test (CBEST) class today.The notary class will be held from 8 a.m.

to 4 p.m.

followed by the state exam at the school, 1099 Orchard Ave.Cost is $80 for tuition, $45 for materials and $40 for the exam.Cost for CBEST classes is $80 for two classes, $45 for one class plus an optional $20 book.Reading and writing class runs from 8 a.m.
