Nokes & Quinn was founded in January, 1993, in Newport Beach, California by Laurence P. Nokes and Thomas P. Quinn, Jr. In October, 1995, the firm relocated to Laguna Beach, California. The firm's practice is primarily in California, though we have clients throughout the United States, Europe and Asia. The firm maintains a rating of "AV" from Martindale-Hubbell.
