Day 1: Alexandria - Cairo sightseeing 

Available Travel representative will pick you up from your cruise ship in Alexandria port for Giza Pyramids and Egyptian Museum Tour from Alexandria Port our experienced guide will accompanied you to enjoy a day excursion from Alexandria to Cairo, which lasts approximately 2 ½ hours. You will enjoy all the comforts of a modern, air-conditioned, private vehicle throughout your tour. You will start your trip in Cairo the capital of Egypt and biggest city in Africa with your certificated tour guide, first you will admire the River Nile which flows from south to north. Then you will visit the Great Giza Pyramids which is ONE of the Seven Wonders of the ancient world, the Great Pyramid of Cheops, middle pyramids of Chephren and the little one of Mykerinos and mysterious Sphinx; continue to visit the valley temple facing the great Sphinx. Lunch will be at a local restaurant to taste the Egyptian food, and then you will continue with Egyptian Museum tour. The present Museum building was constructed in 1900 in the neo-classical style by the French architect Marcel Dourgnon. The Museum exhibits collections that now exceed 120,000 objects ranging from the pre-historic era to the Greco-Roman period. Free time in Cairo or you will be accompanied to the old market in Cairo Khan El Khalili built in 1382 by the Emir Djaharks El Khalili. It is considered to be one of Cairo's most important shopping areas, if the time permitted. Then you will return to your hotel in Giza for overnight stay. 

Day 2: Alexandria sightseeing 

- Back to your Cruise Breakfast at your hotel in Giza then you will transfer to Alexandria to see the Hightlights of Alexandria. You will enjoy all the comforts of a modern, air-conditioned, private vehicle throughout your tour. with your Egyptologist tour guide you will enjoy a fantastic tour of this ancient city. Wander the ruins of Fort Qaitbey, the former site of the legendary lighthouse Pharos, and explore the cultural gemstone that is the Alexandria Library. Continue on to the Roman Museum and to Pompey's Pillar, one of the last remaining relics of the Seraphim and the tallest ancient monument in Alexandria. Discover the catacombs of Kom el-Shoqafa before entering the Roman Amphitheater, complete with galleries, sections of mosaic-flooring and marble seats for up to 800 spectators. Finally, visit the Montazah Palace and gardens. Then you will return to your cruise in Alexandria Port.
