The mixed martial arts up-and-comer stands still, crouches a bit, then hops right out of the water and onto the pool deck.

Yeah, try that next time you're at the pool.

With "Jumps Out of Pool," BJ Penn becomes the third athlete to do show off on YouTube – Jarron Gilbert of the Chicago Bears was first and Jason Williams of the Dallas Cowboys was second.

I wonder if the pool-jumping phenomenon will really catch on? I doubt I can do it though...
