THE COMPANY

Due to expansion, our client, one of Glasgow’s fastest growing contact centres, is currently seeking bi-lingual sales professionals from each of the following language areas:

•Swedish
•Danish
•Finnish
•Norwegian 


THE ROLE

•Working in a target driven environment
•Managing a portfolio of approx. 100 client accounts, maintaining existing relationships and building new relationships
•Meeting or exceeding targets
•Manage accounts by providing tailored solutions for all budgets and creating initiatives
•Adhering to company call quality standards at all times
•Ensuring that you work well as part of a team

THE EXPERIENCE

•Fluency in one of the above languages, both written and verbal
•Previous experience in a sales environment is essential
•A professional telephone manner is a must
•Experience of working to targets
•Business and competitor awareness
•Have the desire to succeed in a target driven sales environment
•Demonstrate the ability to consistently work towards and exceed expectations
