BERNARD TOMIC refused to stoush with the critics who feel he received preferential treatment with a wildcard into the Australian Open for a third successive year.

But the Australian teenager did agree with the assessment of the tournament's head of men's tennis, Todd Woodbridge, who said Tomic did not deserve one before his form arrived in Sydney this week
