A tour of the Sevastopol town hall was part of the Azerbaijani delegates' agenda this past Tuesday.

It was my privilege to welcome the six members and an interpreter and briefly explain town government, citizen participation, budgeting, services provided and our intergovernmental relationships with the state, Door County and the city of Sturgeon Bay
