Auditor- Medical Billing!

Large medical billing company specializing in dermatology is expanding and looking for a Charge Entry Auditor for our growing Auditing Department. This position requires the auditing of harges and data entry and then reporting results to management. A successful candidate must have recent knowledge of coding policies and procedures, including CPT, ICD-9, and Medicare including the accurate use of modifiers and CCI guidelines, etc. Knowledge of third-party contracting and reimbursement practices; computer skills, medical database and Excel required, as is the ability to examine documents for accuracy and completeness and prepare records in accordance with detailed instructions.
