Mr. Margrave, a 1968 graduate of the University of Arizona Law School, also holds a Masters degree in Accounting and he is a Certified Public Accountant. He was the original attorney and secretary for America West Airlines, Inc. Mr. Celmins received his law degree, cum laude, from Wayne State University in 1969 and went on to serve as Senior Attorney for the Greyhound Corporation for 15 years.
