Margrave Celmins P.C. was founded by Michael W. Margrave and Lat J. Celmins. Mr. Margrave had been in private practice in the Phoenix area since 1970. Mr. Celmins spent the early part of his career
as corporate counsel for major corporations. Mr. Margrave, a 1968 graduate of the University of Arizona Law School, also holds a Masters degree in Accounting and he is a Certified Public Accountant.
He was the original attorney and secretary for America West Airlines, Inc. Mr. Celmins received his law degree, cum laude, from Wayne State University in 1969 and went on to serve as Senior Attorney
for the Greyhound Corporation for 15 years. Using their experience as corporate counsel as a backdrop, Mr. Margrave and Mr. Celmins handpicked the members of their firm to ensure that the firm was
