Andrew Koenig

Another star whose appearance in the In Memoriam segment surprised me was Andrew Koenig.

Koenigs most recognizable role was as Richard Boner Stabone on Growing Pains in the 1980s.  Boner was the best friend of Mike Seaver, played by teen idol Kirk Cameron.  Koenig was a great character actor, but I dont think he ever got the credit he deserved.  And looking at his career on IMDB.com, he only had a few roles after his Growing Pains years.  And Im sure he had to live with the Boner typecasting forever
