The man who ran naked in front of President Barack Obama at a rally on Sunday in Philadelphia was rewarded by Billionaire Alki David for his efforts – six months rent.  Shipping heir Alki David's gift is generous, but falls fall short of the promised prize of $1 million to anyone who could moon the crowd, and President Obama, in Germantown.  David said his prize to the streaker, an unemployed painter is a "generous consolation prize"...
