Sitcom fans, reporters and curious onlookers showed up in Hell's Kitchen Tuesday to catch Al Yeganeh, the curmudgeonly soup chef who inspired the "Soup Nazi" character on "Seinfeld," reopening his soup counter on West 55th Street.

But Yeganeh, an unpredictable sort of guy — and one whom we've previously found reluctant to talk — was a no-show
