UAVs are less expensive and more effective.

Everyones trying to learn how to replace their manned airforce with UAVs.

…So what are the chances everyone who cant afford UAVs is trying to figure out ways to jam or otherwise mess with their sensors and communications? It makes sense if your sending a remote control toy after me that I'd develop every means possible to shut them down or make them less effective.

The natural response (for the UAV user) would be to support robots with manned aircraft.

So I dont think those are going away anymore than handguns or artillery will.
