Activity Director Training Colorado
Activities for Life, ( Vocational Division), is a paraprofessional certificate training, for Activity Professionals: Recreation Therapy Work. Our program is an online-Home course: students work from their own workbook, while having access to career counseling, consulting, and customer care. Students will complete a 4-6 week course, complete a test, to earn their certificate as an Activity Assistant.

Veronica Herrera, B.A., has worked in Human Services/Therapeutic Care for over 16 years. Herrera works with families in Grand Junction, creating and facilitating positive outcomes for loved ones needing special insights.
Herrera has a passion for making a difference and has a true belief that "Life can be fulfilling at every stage or state in life". She says, "Life is about change, and sometimes we need a little help with adjusting and finding meaning, again".
Herrera is trained in Grieving, therapeutic recreation, pain management, psychosocial care as well as has CPR/First Aid, and many other areas.
Rates are reasonable and hours can range from 2 hours+
