Activity Assistant Training Colorado

Activities for Life, Therapeutic Services, is a Colorado based training for Activity/ Recreation Therapy Assistants. 

* We offer a "live class" twice a year in Grand Junction, Colorado, and we also offer an ONLINE/MAIL-CLASS: work from your own workbook at home. Students have access to career counseling, material tutoring, consulting and more. Students complete a fun and regulations based training (OBRA).

 Students who take their training with Activities for Life, not only receive a comprehensive and comparable course, but they also enjoy not having student loans, high tuitions, etc (workbook is included in the tuition)

Tuition is $ 65-$85 with a $20 registration fee that goes towards the tuition cost.

* Student will learn: Care plans, regulations, psychology of aging, therapeutic arts/crafts/exercise, program design, assessments, and more, Students will earn their paraprofessional certificate once they complete their training.

Training is a 4-8 week course

Summer Course begins, May 15th and goes until July 15th.
