4 Bedrooms Beautiful Home For Superbowl

Renting out my 4/2 Â½ bi-level home in El Mirage, AZ for the Superbowl week. There is 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, large covered patio with lush green grass.

Living room has large flat screen TV/DVD. Included is high speed internet access and cable. (Will need your own computer/laptop)

Has plenty of pots/pans/dishes and side by side refrigerater. Washer/Dryer, will supply bath/bed linens..all you need to bring is personal items

2 car garage with remote opener.

Home is very tastefully decorated.VERY CLEAN. I am not a luxury home but still a GREAT home. No HOAâ€™s here.

Around 10 miles to Stadium

Within 2-3 miles is Super Wal-Mart/Target/Best Buy/Home Depot/Loweâ€™s/Red Lobster/Olive Garden & lots of other shops/ A GREAT variety of restaurents/banks/groceries.

Within 10 miles to Arrowhead Mall, plenty of restruants, and movie theatres.

Superbowl feesâ€¦

Will rent to up to 10 people. Will rent for 1 or 2 weeks.

Need a $2000 deposit to hold.(non refundable if you change mind, on staying refundable within 14 days after leaving if all is left in same condition as you found it/nothing broken/etc..) Deposit due within 7-10 days of booking. If renting for 1 week it is $8,000(obo), or for 2 weeks $12,000(obo).

First half $4,000(1wk)/$6,000(2wk) due Dec.28, 2007, and remainder balance due on January 18, 2008.

**There will be a $200 cleaning fee, we can deduct from the deposit if you want.

Thanksgiving feesâ€¦

Will rent to up to 10 people, will rent for 1 or 2 weeks.

Need $1,000 deposit to hold (non-refundable if you change mind, on staying refundable w/in 14 days of departure if all is left in same condition as you found it.) Deposit due November 10, 2007. If renting for 1 week it is $1,000 or for 2 weeks it is $1,700. Which is due the following week (negotionable).

**There will be a $200 cleaning fee, we can deduct from the deposit if you want.

Winter feesâ€¦

Will rent to up to 10 people, will rent for 1 or 2 weeks.

If renting for 1 week it is $1,000 or for 2 weeks it is $1,700. Which is due December 14, 2007(negotionable).

NO SMOKING INSIDE Only on back patio.
