The automatic transmission is a 3 speed Turbo Hydramatic 400. 

The interior layout is a front living room with a sofa bed directly behind the drivers seat and a swivel chair behind the passenger seat. The kitchen is in the center with a dinette on the drivers side and the galley area on the passenger side. Next is the sleeping area with two twin beds and one bunk bed above one of the twins. The bathroom is in the rear with a toilet, vanity, and a tub / shower.

I have checked out the plumbing system, electric system, LP Gas system, and all the appliances. All work fine The furnace blower motor is a little noisy. Everything else is fine. I do not see any rain water leaks. The roof, floor, and walls all feel solid. This unit runs and drives fine. must go we are moving asking $6250
