Prescott Vacation Rental in the tall cool pines of the Prescott National Forest.

Its elevation is at a cool, crisp 7100 feet which is 1500 feet higher then Prescott. Temperature wise, its always 25 to 30 degrees cooler than Phoenix and 8 to 10 degrees cooler than Prescott. The cabin itself comfortably sleeps 8 to 10 people. It is two story with 2 queen beds, a queen futon, and two bunk beds. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2bathrooms and about 1700 livable square feet. The floorplan is very open and free-flowing. The deck is about 1200 square feet of which 400 feet is covered from end to end. The community is “gated” for added security.
