Contract and lease negotiation and litigation; business counseling; real estate law; representation of contractors and architects; collections; unlawful detainer; partnership and corporate litigation; predatory lending; government contracts and intellectual property; Alcoholic Beverage Control Board licensure; unlawful business practices and unfair competition; intellectual property; and anti-trust litigation. Presently defending a business client in a coordinated anti-trust class action. Tort Litigation. In addition to various tort claims related to employment and business law, experience includes trial and appellate work in personal injury; medical, dental and legal malpractice; battery cases; libel and slander cases; Anti-SLAPP motion practice; insurance bad faith; civil rights and government tort liability.
