Job Description:

* answer phone and take inquiries
* answer general emails in a timely and efficient manner
*data entry, basic accounting,
*Backing up the sales team.
*Work closely with the Marketing and Sales Team in supporting all aspects of customer contact management and maintenance.
*Maintain and distribute price lists, create Newsletters
*Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing material.
*Assist in Trade Show preparations
*Customer support as required


*On going or completed University/College
*Must be willing to learn and grow in a fast growing company
* excellent phone manner
* candidate must be well organized
*Excellent written and verbal communication skill
*Availability: Full-time or part time
* Team player with exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
* High level of proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
* Ability to multitask and maintain order and effectiveness in a dynamic environment.

Workhours 8.30am-6pm.May require to work overtime.
Experience a plus.
