Responsibilities: Responsible for development and trial of new product and service initiatives; including development, launching and marketing across functional groups. Develop supporting financial models, business cases and marketing plans. Bring emerging products to market, manage pricing, promotion, and reporting post launch. Research market impacts of technology innovations, maintain industry vendor/partner relationships, and assist in creation and implementation of strategic direction. Be the Subject Matter Expert (champion) for multiple product initiatives and work with cross-functional work groups to develop, launch and market it in Windstream exchanges. Minimum Education and Experience An undergraduate or advanced degree from a leading college or university. Must have Telecom Business Segment Products experience (small and medium business). 5-7 yrs. professional experience in product marketing, product development, corporate strategy, strategy consulting, and/or investment banking environments. Demonstrated quantitative and qualitative analytic skills; for example, ability to produce strategic business analyses, financial models, and industry analyses. A track record of producing presentations and written correspondence, including concise briefings and business plans. Experience with contract negotiations and vendor management. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet short deadlines. Work independently and take initiative around defining emerging business opportunities. Ability to mange laterally and across functional areas to create effective team coordination. Key Responsibilities Focus on new interactive business development opportunities. Enhance, develop, launch, and optimize key interactive products. Responsible for development of new product ideas. Review & negotiate contracts. Synthesize complex business models into financial models (Generate cash flows, NPV, IRR, budgets and forecasts etc). Collaborate with engineering/IT teams to translate technical specification of products to business case impacts. Aid in development of emerging product functionality, customer experience, device strategy, and impact assessment. Execute emerging product strategy to include introduction of emerging products to market as well as management of pricing, promotion, and reporting of emerging product once deployed. Develop and present product information to multiple audiences including Executive Leadership team. Assist in creation and implementation of strategic direction with Executive Leadership team.
