Job Responsibilities and Requirements : Database Maintenance, Report/Letter Generation, and File Maintenance, while providing various other administrative support functions to a fast paced organization with an established track record.Skills Excellent knowledge/computer skills using a PC in a networked environment Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office applications as follows: Access: Ability to create/update forms, tables, and queries. Must be capable of data export in multiple formats. Excel: Working knowledge of basic spreadsheet operations and ability to export spreadsheet summations or graphs. Power Point: Working knowledge of basic graphic design and ability to export presentations in multiple formats. Word: Ability to generate a variety reports/letters conforming to a standard format using imported tables/graphs from various applications.
