As the Global Sr. Director of Integrated Marketing, you'll be charged with the overall management of corporate brand positioning, brand promise and brand architecture through best-in-class marketing research, communications, partnerships, design and other marketing disciplines. You will be responsible for evangelizing Belkin's brand strategy across the organization and ensuring our global product stories are consistently carried through in our packaging, signage, advertisements, trade shows, literature, sales tools, etc…The Global Sr. Director of Integrated Marketing will also oversee a talented staff of professionals that provides a full range of global marketing services including, integrated, channel and interactive marketing strategy, merchandising, graphic design, PR and tradeshows, sponsorships and events. With the help of this phenomenal team, the Global Sr. Director of Integrated Marketing, will elevate the value, expansion and positioning of the brand, increase existing revenues and result in new revenue-generating initiatives. Other responsibilities include:Specific responsibilities includePartner with cross-functional team leads (Product Management, Industrial Design, Branding, Sales, etc…) to drive best-in-class integrated marketing communications strategies and evangelize process globally to ensure success.Assist with creating a vision and story (creative briefs) for Belkin's family of products while maintaining our brand identity and integrity.Oversee the production of creative and deploy materials to internal and external customers; includes retail packaging, in-store merchandising, advertising, sales collateral, web content, launch kits and more.Lead the development and execution of Belkin's interactive marketing and promotion campaign strategy to promote and grow brand awareness and increase website traffic in terms of users, page impressions, linkage partnerships, content development, key word search strategy and overall functionality and look of the website.Manage all advertising and promotion initiatives including media buying and media placement and ensuring the Branding message is communicated.Maintain style guides and ensure copywriting and proofing are up to standard; update as needed.Implement a market research engine within the marketing department to ensure our marketing and business strategies have been validated.Drive Channel Marketing strategy and communications into the regions (Americas, Europe & Asia), including sell-in / meeting support, in-store merchandising ideas and other channel promotions as needed.Ensure Belkin is recognized as the leader, innovator and pioneer within the industry and market through effective and efficient public relations efforts; leverage our critical mass by maximizing all PR channels (web, print, radio, TV, etc…).Identify and maximize our ROI with respect to trade shows, sponsorships and events.Manage marketing department budget and ensure proper procedures are in place to track expenses.What we're looking for…The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, Yes we can! team player who has proven to have earned respect from peers cross-functionally and has the ability to navigate relationships and processes within a matrixed organization; collaboration is the key to success at Belkin! We are looking for a natural leader who is capable of inspiring and influencing who can build, mentor and motivate teams - and have fun while doing it!We are looking for a strategic and creative thinker who can execute under pressure that possesses a thorough understanding of the complexities of consumer marketing/behavior and has a passion for marketing and branding consumer products.Our wish list…Four year college degree in Business Administration/Marketing; MBA a plus.7 years experience in a well-rounded marketing position, of which 3-5 years managing a team, within the consumer electronics, technology and/or consumer packaged goods industryExcellent verbal and written presentation skillsStrong MicroSoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills.
