Job Responsibilities and Requirements : Responsibilities may include maintaining records, data collection and compilation, report generation, responding to requests for proposals, requests for information, investigation and resolution of internal and external customer inquiries regarding active agreements and Firm terms and conditions, contract records retention, researching information from stored contract documentation; and generation of standard contract documents. Assisting with the administration of HP's SLED contracts to ensure customer eligibility and milestone requirements are satisfied; sales and other contract performance reporting, validation and confirmation of contract discount/pricing, and payment of contract fees, are completed in a timely fashion; as required to consistently meet SLED contract compliance requirements.
