If you have already applied for this position, you do not need to reapply.This position acts as a bridge between a business process area or discipline and work being done in the solutions center. Responsible for documenting the current and optimal processes, defining performance metrics, and identifying and resolving process gaps. Has a strong understanding and experience in the SAP methodology used by Hershey. Responsible for mapping the business processes to SAP (and other solutions) and participates in user acceptance testing. Involved in the creation of documentation and training materials and may deliver training during implementation. Works very closely with the business especially during implementation. Serves in a system support role.:Time %(25%) Meet with any combination of customers, solutions center and IT staff to gain an understanding of business objectives. Facilitate the development of approaches and solutions and the definition of deliverables required to implement business processes. Provide input on latest technological and business development trends.(25%) Focused participation in multiple business process development or improvement projects as a team member or individual contributor through the documentation of the processes, defining performance metrics and identifying and resolving process gaps. This includes process analysis, functional and logical system design and implementation. Responsible for mapping the business processes to SAP and participation in user acceptance testing.(25%) Overall configuration and support management including managing changes and establishing new capabilities to ensure ongoing continuity. Involved in the creation of documentation and training materials and may deliver training during implementation. Serve in a system support role. Participate in support of production SAP system (24 X 7) for area of expertise.(10%) Assist in facilitation of process improvements regarding IT internal processes. Works with management to manage supplier and internal customer relationships. Participates in budgeting and resource planning responsibilities within defined area.(15%) Continue to develop expertise in SAP and enterprise systems and methodologies by participating in the evaluation of new releases or alternate software, interacting with consultants and user groups and reviewing business and technical literature. Contribute to the development of technical or business process expertise across the organization by sharing information with teammates and business partners.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Administration, or similar. Or equivalent work experience. Masters degree or equivalent degree preferred.Experience209 level 6 or more years within applications development or comparable area210/211 level Minimum of 3 years progressive experience in SAP design and implementation with a minimum of 10 years in Information Technology or operational business area. Proven ability to lead solutions within one or more functional/business process area. Knowledge of business process improvement programs within Hershey, the consumer packaged goods industry or related field.
