Responsibilities and Requirements: Develop value creation opportunities for both Nalco and the customer baseSales plan development to ensure order and revenue growthService plan development to ensure customer satisfactionSales team developmentKeeping management informed through regular activity reports and communicationsProvide Root Cause AnalysesNalco has an opening for an Account Manager in our Energy Services group located in New Orleans, LA. The Account Manager will primarily be responsible for supporting and developing oilfield chemical business opportunities to sell new accounts, maintain existing accounts and complete the project management and startup phase of business as required. Account Management responsibilities for assigned customers include chemical program management (program development/recommendations), problem solving & trouble shooting, interfacing with customers, engineering, and field personnel.This position requires on site monitoring 5 days a week testing, maintenance and interfacing with the customer. Expertise in oil refining processes treatment experience or a process engineering in a refienery.
