Rent to Own Monthly Payment Terms

The monthly payment of our Rent to Own properties is equal to Market Rent. Market Rent is defined as what-ever a nicely remodeled property in the same neighborhood which is the same size rents for is exactly how much you are going to pay for your house, Market Rent. In addition to Market Rent we ask that you pay an additional 10% (negotiable) of your Rent towards the purchase of the house each month. This 10% payment (typically between $110 - $150) is paid monthly along with the rent and will go towards the purchase of the house. This 10% will reduce your purchase price, so already you are paying down the principal balance of your loan before you even finance.
