Illinois Tollway

sowhatandmethree at 9:47 AM August 17, 2010 The inconsistencies are noted within the story. They may be looking to other states, but, unlike, say the Ohio Turnpike, the Illinois Tollway is not predominantly used by interstate travelers who need somewhere to go to the bathroom and maybe get a bite.On the other hand, since one has to pay at least 80 cents to get on, and can't go back in the same direction, the Tollway Oases will never be an independent destination, at least until such time as local access is provided.

That was promised for Lake Forest, but never happened. Thus, the only users will be people like Doug Egly
