The celebrity website, which carried some of the earliest reports on Michael Jackson's deaths, quotes a close member of Jackon's family today as saying the singer took a daily injection of Demerol -- and received a shot on Thursday at 11:30 a.m.

TMZ quotes the unidentified source as saying the injection was "too much" and caused his death.Demerol is a narcotic pain reliever similar to morphine.Meanwhile, L.A.

police are looking for a doctor whose car was impounded from Jackson's home, the Associated Press reports.

The AP quotes police spokeswoman Karen Rayner as saying coroner's investigators are seeking to interview the doctor, but stressed that he was not under criminal investigation."His car was impounded because it may contain medications or other evidence that may assist the coroner in determining the cause of death," Rayner says, according to the AP.The L.A.

County coroner's office was poised to begin an autopsy on Jackson's body today,�but an official from the office says it could take weeks or more before the�cause of death can be officially declared, the AP reports.
