Michael JacksonAs the world comes to grips with the news that Michael Jackson, 50, passed away this afternoon, many are starting to wonder what will happen to his three children.

Radar is reporting that Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11, and Prince Michael II (Blanket), 7, will be with his mother who will have custody.

Other sources are saying that it's possible Debbie Rowe will have temporary custody as arrangements are sorted out.

Family attorney Brian Oxman revealed to Radar that the children will likely be in the care of Katherine, Jackson's mother.

"Probably Mrs.

Jackson will take care of them, she loves them dearly," Oxman said.

He did state that the children were not at the UCLA Medical Center, although they were present when their father was rushed there from his home after his collapse.Prince Michael and Paris are the children of Debbie Rowe, who later waived her parental rights over to Jackson during their divorce.

She later asked for her rights to be re-instated.

An agreement between Jackson and Rowe was reached in which he retained custody.

Jackson maintains that all of his children are biologically his, although it was revealed on MSNBC television coverage that Prince Michael and Paris are not his biological children.

Blanket, however, was carried by a surrogate mother and allegedly Jackson's sperm was used.No matter what, those three kids lost the only father they've ever known.

Hopefully the family will come together and bring them as much support as possible in the difficult days ahead.More Michael Jackson coverageMore Farrah Fawcett coverageRelated:Michael Jackson's death: What's happening now and what we know
