The gift of basketball The Spokane Hoopfest Association has donated more than $1 million to charitable organizations since 1994, much of which has been directed toward building and replacing outdoor basketball courts in the Spokane area.

Hoopfest has built or restored courts at Harmon Park, Chief Garry Park, Comstock Park, Thornton Murphy Park, Grant Park, Heath Park (two courts), Audubon Park, Ben Burr Park, Mirabeau Point Park, Andrew Rypien Field, town of Fairfield, Whittier Park, St.

Patrick's School, M.E.A.D.

Alternative School, Shaw Middle School, city of Clarkston, city of Reardan, Spokane Boys & Girls Clubs and the Southside Family Aquatics Park.

Hoopfest is June 27-28.
