Q.

I have something strange covering my trufgrass.

It is large and thin, but iridescent in color and slimy to touch.

And it moves.

What is it and how do I get rid of it? -- M.

Wow! The problem of slime mold (Physarum, Fuligo, Mucilago, and Didymium species) is showing up a little early this year, which is probably a result of all the rain.
