"It's a target which I would like to turn into reality."Open organizers the R&A welcomed the announcement from the five-times major champion."It would be absolutely fantastic if Seve could make it," said R&A director of championships David Hill."He would be made very welcome by everyone at St Andrews and of course by the R&A."Ballesteros, 52, who was diagnosed with the tumor after collapsing last October, says he has recently played some nine-hole rounds with his family.The charismatic Spaniard won the British Open in 1979, 1984 and 1988, and the U.S.
