The Andean town of Potosi had around 1,200 inhabitants but was evacuated and its residents dispersed to create the Uribante reservoir that now feeds a hydroelectric dam.But the dry spell has revealed eerie remnants: the church, demolished houses, a cemetery, a square.Normally only the church spire can be seen sticking out of the 20-square-km reservoir.
