Half-sisters Holly, 14, and Brianna Anglesey, 9, have been touring country and western contests for the past three years, winning awards as they go.Four months ago the sisters joined forces with cousin Chelsea Sheehan-Gaiger, 14.

In their first competition together, they won their section at the Gold Guitar Awards in Gore over Queen's Birthday Weekend.Mum, Nikki Anglesey, said the girls were all talented, but Brianna was a natural performer with her sights set on Hollywood."Brianna wants to be famous by the time she's 14, like Miley Cyrus.

She thinks you can just land in Hollywood and that's it.

I'm trying to tell her she might have to have a backup career option."Brianna said she loved being on stage before an audience.

"You get them to clap, and wiggle their hips, and get them dancing I like entertaining."The girls caught the eye of a Kiwi icon at the Gold Guitar Awards, with their rendition of Jeannie C Riley's Harper Valley PTA.

"We got told by Lynda Topp that it was the best version she'd heard in a long time.

She even asked for Brianna's autograph," Chelsea said.Brianna and the more reserved Holly admit moments of sibling rivalry.

Holly said it was good to have their cousin around to keep the peace.

"Chelsea's the mediator between us, and keeps the atmosphere good."Holly and Brianna's next challenge is Motueka's Top of the South Country Music Awards in August.
