ASND's 3 Step Program
(Each step can be done individually)Step 1 - Preparing for Your FutureNotice of Sale Delay
The first Step in our program is to delay the NOS for as long as possible. Depending on the Trustee, the lender and the errors, this could be for up to 36 months with most delaying 14-18 months. In this step the homeowner is advised to save money, pay down debt, build and maintain tradelines other than their mortgage and strengthen their financial situation. Because our maintenance fees are much less than your old mortgage or comparable rent, you should have disposable income to help build your financial future.Step 2 - Fixing Your PastCredit Deletion
After your home is foreclosed upon, we will begin the derogatory credit deletion portion immediately. This step will use the Fair Trade Reporting Act's extensive guidelines and our staff's 18 years of Equifax experience to delete derogatory marks from your credit report. This includes, but is not limited to, Foreclosure, NOS, NOD, BK, mortgage lates, consumer lates and collections. Your credit is your financial platform. We need to make this as strong as possible.
This process usually takes 4 - 8 months to remove derogatory marks.Step 3 - Maintaining and BuildingEviction Delay Service
After you are foreclosed on, you will receive a 3 Day Notice to Vacate. This will generally arrive 3-4 weeks after the house is auctioned. If this notice is sent to us immediately, we can delay the eviction a MINIMUM of 6 months, usually closer to 10. You have rights as a former homeowner and a tenant. Let's use those rights to keep you in the property while we fix your credit, you save money and build outside credit.
While in this stage, clients are encouraged to make sure that they keep all credit lines current, pay down balances and save as much money as possible. While you strengthen your tradelines, we are removing the derogatory ones, improving your credit dramatically. Being that Eviction Delay maintenance fees are less than NOS Delay, clients should be able to help save even more and pay down other debt.
